Only items expressly listed in the package contents are included. Styling props and accessories shown for illustration are excluded unless stated otherwise.

Prices and offers may change for future purchases. Changes will not automatically alter the price of an already accepted order.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. Acceptance is confirmed when we issue a dispatch confirmation.
If we cannot fulfil an order because of stock availability, a payment issue, a material listing error, or reasonable evidence of fraud, we will inform you. Any payment collected for an order we cancel will be refunded.
We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher amount without your agreement.

As stated on the shipping label, please start recording a video before opening your parcel.
For claims involving delivery damage, incorrect products, or missing contents, our verification process requires a clear, continuous, unedited video showing:

Use heat tools only on products expressly described as heat-resistant and within the stated temperature limit. Avoid cutting, coloring, washing, or modifying a product contrary to its care instructions.
Stop using a product if it causes irritation or discomfort. Children should use products under appropriate adult supervision.
